Hello!  How can I show my schedule WITHOUT the client actually being able to book an appointment?

Hi @G-SH,

Calendly is a scheduling tool that sits on top of your connected calendar and books meetings based on that calendar’s availability. There isn’t currently a feature that shows said calendar outside of a scheduling context. That is a long way of saying that there is no way to ‘turn off’ the ability to schedule a meeting if you’ve shared your booking page. You could reset your event settings so that there is no availability but then your booking page would just show that - No Availability. That said, most online calendars can be set up so that your events show up as ‘private’ to anyone with a link but you. A simple workaround might be to change your calendar privacy settings and simply share a link to your online calendar.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for your response.  However, I do not understand this part of your message.  Can you please clarify what you mean?

Hi @G-SH,

What Sean is referring to is enabling the public to see more elements of your native calendar. For example, you can create a Google Calendar that anyone can see which allows more visibility into your schedule and availability. In this situation, you’d like enter in free time slots that indicate your availability. So for example, my availability for meetings with individuals outside of Calendly tends to be 10-3 Monday through Thursday so I could create a Google Calendar that shows that and share it publicly.
