How to show scheduled round robins in the scheduled meetings dashboard?

Round Robin Event Types, like all event types, will show up under “upcoming events” when a booking is made. That said, they will show in the “upcoming events” tab for the specific host that each booking is for. 

That means that if you have a Round Robin event type with hosts A, B and C assigned, and Host C is booked for May 15 at 3:00pm, that booking will show up under the “scheduled events” tab for Host C - and nobody else. 

If you are the owner/an admin, you can view all upcoming bookings for all hosts by selecting the “My Calendly” dropdown (visible in your screenshot) and clicking “all users and teams.” You can also select a specific team or user to view just those bookings.
