I want the members attending the group event hosted by me to know who else is attending the group meeting in the booking page before scheduling the meeting. Is it possible? Or is there a way we could approve the meetings manually?

Approving meetings or allowing users to see who else has booked specific times through the booking page are not features built into Calendly at this time. The issue we run into currently is that Group Events are locked to using Email Confirmations at this time, so each invitee receives a different invitation. However, we are looking at implementing Calendar Invitations to Group Events as well, which would allow invitees to see other people who booked the same time - So keep an eye out for that change!

A manual workaround would be to add details about the other attendees directly into the event's description or body text on the booking page...as such when someone is booking the meeting, they will see who else will be there as part of the information provided
