I recently tried to set up availability in my calendar for off-site meetings only to accommodate clients during renovations.
- I created off-site versions of each event type
- I set up a secondary calendar with days/times available for off-site events
- I set up exceptions in my on-site calendar so those events could not be booked
- I added availability to the off-site calendar with specific dates/times
My calendar showed no availability at all during the renovations and I don’t know what I did wrong.
I’d like to be able to be able to do this in future, what should I have done?
