Hi Calendly Support,

I would like to stop receiving notifications as the host for new bookings, appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules. Right now, invitees are receiving notifications, which is great, but I would prefer not to get notified about these updates. I can see any changes reflected on my calendar, and that's sufficient enough for me. At the moment, I’m receiving too many notifications, and I’d like to disable them entirely.

Could you guide me on how to adjust my settings so I no longer receive these notifications?

Thank you!

Hi @Ali28113 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, there is not a way to disable host notifications inside of Calendly - However, this is something that can be configured inside of your email directly.

Google has a walkthrough on how to set filters up in Gmail - You can set this to automatically delete any emails of a specific type or sender. You can read more on this here: Create rules to filter your emails
If you use Outlook, you can reference this article here: Manage email messages by using rules in Outlook

Let me know if you have any questions! 😀
