How to track whether an appointment made a purchase?

I would like the option to check whether an appointment has made a purchase or not, in order to gain insight into what percentage of appointments result in a purchase and what percentage do not. How can I view/fill this in?

Hi @Dresses24752 - Thanks for reaching out!

Took me some time to think through this, unfortunately, there wouldn’t be a direct way to track this in Calendly. However, what I’ve seen users do in the past is add these events to a Excel or a Google Sheet, then add a column depending if a sale was made or not. Our Zapier integration can automate a lot of this by adding the clients meeting information to the sheet for you without any manual work. From there, you can just add the information if the sale was made.

You can read more about our Zapier integration here: Calendly + Zapier - Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply and info. I guess that's going to be to much of a hassle for me just for this option. Hopefully you can add this feature just as the no show button works now. Or at least have the option to select if the customer bought or not as for us it's important that customers can't book another appointment and we would need to spend another 1.5 hr service.
