How to transfer upcoming meetings

Hello. We have 4 users in our Calendly team. One of these users is leaving the company, but has 49 upcoming meetings scheduled on her Calendly. Is there a simple way to transfer these to another user?

Hi Mikhaila,Unfortunately there is no simple way to transfer upcoming scheduled meetings to another user. While definitely not ideal, you’ll need to cancel and then reschedule all of these meetings manually with the new meeting host.Instead of asking the invitees to reschedule, you can book on their behalf as the existing meetings has all the relevant information.
