Hello,

 

I just added my portuguese phone number in the admin space, hoping all text reminders will be identified with my number. Unfortunately is not working, as the platform keep using a standard number. Anyone can help?

Hi there, @D'omem66854! This is a great question - and I am grateful you asked it, so others can learn from your curiosity!

Text reminders “from your Calendly account” are not able to be sent from a custom number, but rather will always be sent by our SMS provider, Twilio. 

You can read more about that, here. (If you are using the “text reminder” feature in an event’s settings and not Workflows, the same information applies in this sense.)

Note: all SMS reminders sent are no-reply, meaning your invitees cannot respond via SMS/text message.
