Purchased a new seat license specifically so my growing team could use Calendly Round Robin to be scheduled by customers and then outbound call those customers at the time they chose:

 

Why can’t we collect phone numbers from customers and call them at the time they choose?

Am I missing something?

 

If this really isn’t supported, it’s a HUGE oversight and will force me to look elsewhere.  HubSpot has solved this.

I completely understand the frustration surrounding an inability to select “I will call my invitee” as the location on a Round Robin Event Type. While this is not supported on Round Robin events at this time, we have a workaround that gets you the same end result!

You can select “custom” as the location and write “phone call” and then add a mandatory Invitee Question in the booking flow that asks for the invitee phone number! Take a look at the short video below where I walk through how to set this up and what it looks like:
