When someone is using Calendly by itself (meaning not integrating with Hubspot) the name of the person booking a meeting appears in the calendar (google) such as Bill Smith and (Employee name) in the calendar details it shows the type of meeting. Now when using Hubspot integration the google the meeting changes to show the type of meeting in the calendar and you have to click on the details to find the name of the person. How do we make it work the way it was before Hubspot integration?

Hi @Canadaretirementplans - Thanks for reaching out!

You should be able to edit the Meeting Titles of your events by going into the event settings > Notifications and Workflows >Calendar Invitations:

Here, you’ll be able to adjust how Calendly enters the meeting title, as it shows up on your Calendar. It also includes a list of variables that can be changed depending on the need.

Can you check this in your event settings and let me know if this looks any different? Thanks!

it works that way using only calendly. With Hubspot it displays the meeting type

Hi @Canadaretirementplans - Just to confirm, this is when using the Calendly booking page still, correct? Or is this when scheduling through Hubspot directly?

If this is through Calendly, would you be able to send me a link to your Calendly booking page? I’d like to see how this appears on the invitee’s Calendar when scheduling a test event.

If this is being scheduled through Hubspot, it would not use the Calendly configuration. The Hubspot integration allows for invitees scheduled in Calendly to appear in Hubspots CRM space. So just want to clarify so we can get to the bottom of this!

Let me know!
