Hybrid Location Option

I’ve created an event where there is the potential for multiple attendees from a singular registration. I am seeking a way that they can select both ‘In-Office’ but also virtual options for Google Meet and Zoom. 

The current issue is that if they select ‘In-Office’, it still requires a manual creation of a Zoom/Google Meeting link. Is there a better way to automate this?

Hi ​@Steven12400 - Thanks for reaching out!

When you assign multiple location to an event, the booking page should look as follows:
 


If someone selects the In-person option, it shouldn’t be triggering the Zoom location to be made. Can you send me a screenshot of where you’re seeing the Zoom meeting requirement? That will help me dig into this further.

Thanks for reaching back out ​@Steven12400 .

I did some digging on our end, with these location options there is not a way to generate both virtual options when an in-person option is selected through Calendly.

However, Zoom/Google Meet should have some options on adding Zoom links to meetings automatically. I’ve added some of these options below!
