Last Wednesday all the hyperlinks in the emails i set up to be sent out using Workflows stopped working. I reached out to support multiple times, but get the same response “Product team has confirmed this unexpected behavior and is actively investigating it.” Anyone knows what might be going on?

Our product team is working on a fix for this issue now. I still don’t have a timeline on when it will be complete, but we’ll be sure to update as soon as we have more information!


This has been going on for two weeks now. What could possibly be so difficult to fix about sending HTML emails instead of plaintext?
