I am not receiving booking notifications

Calendly started sending notifications of meeting bookings to junk. So I have added notifications@calendly.com and @calendly.com to my safe list. However, I now no longer receive any email notification of scheduling at all.
How can I fix this? Today I have had no emails in junk, inbox or any other folder of 5 meetings that have been booked.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Are you hosting your email server?

If that is the case I would suggest that you check your firewall (and network) to see if emails from Calendly are being blocked mistakenly.

Hi this is happening to me, all of a sudden calendly are no longer sending me booking confirmation notifications/emails. Yet, I receive all other emails from calendly such as product updates and login confirmations. Your email is on the ‘safety’ list, and there has been no firewall/network block on your email. I find out from Zoom when i have a booking once I receive payment. Please advise as your customer service ‘contact us’ portal is noticeably down. Thank you

Same thing here!

We have been using Calendly for years and only just started having ths issue the last couple of weeks.

​​​​​​Have spoken with support who have escalated our query, now waiting to hear back.

It has been an interesting experience but with a positive result. I emailed them this information and they asked me to turn off the payment option for one of the bookings so they could send the email, so I did. I later confirmed I had done this and after 10+ hours I informed them that I could not leave the payment option off for too long, given the number of bookings I receive. They immediately responded and confirmed they had successfully made the booking which again, I did not get.  I updated them on this issue and received what I choose to assume is their automated reply instructing me to ‘add their email address to the safe list, using their IP address, and check junk and spam folders.’ and not, that they hadn’t read my initial email. A few minutes later I received the calendly booking confirmation of the booking. I shall see if this is consistent and am hopeful whatever they did, considering I changed absolutely nothing since opening the account, has permanently resolved the issue. I am thankful for their assistance regardless.
