Hi, 

all of a sudden this afternoon I no longer can put phone numbers into appointments. And also new patiant appointments are also no longer available. Help please. I can’t get a live chat to open either.

Can you tell me a bit more about each issue?

I just looked at both of your events and see a phone number and text field for one and just text field for the other. Are you having issues on any specific devices? How are you putting phone numbers into appointments?

As for the new patient appointments, I can see that event type and it looks like there is availability starting as soon as next week. What are you seeing on your end?
