I have been trying to cancel for 14 days. There is no cancel button in the backend, and when I try to downgrade, I get an error message.
I have not received any response from support or anyone else.
I would like to cancel my subscription on time and with immediate effect. I find it terrible that Calendy does not provide a simple option and does not respond to my emails.
I don't want to take legal action, but if I can't cancel my subscription, I will unfortunately have to take action.
Please help me cancel this subscription on time, and not by emailing support@calendly.com because nothing happens there, no response, no confirmation, nothing.
