I can’t upgrade to a higher subscription

Hello everyone,

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to upgrade to the Standard subscription and complete the payment, but I can’t get it to work. When I click on “Buy,” nothing happens. I also enter my VAT information, but still nothing changes.

I’ve already opened a support ticket because I can’t speak with someone through the chat, and no one has gotten back to me yet.

Could someone please help me? Thank you.

One thing you can try is logging in through a different browser, and attempting to upgrade that way - Let me know if this works!

If this still doesn’t work, I’d recommend embilling@calendly.com - They’ll be best suited to assist in this case.
