I could really use recurring event or meeting scheduling

What are the chances that “recurring” event scheduling is any closer to development or deployment? It’s a feature that I’m needing more and more of these days with recurring client touch meetings that happen weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.  Currently I have to go in and set these up one-at-a-time, months at a time, and the client gets overwhelmed with the initial event creation notifications --- it’s time consuming on my end, not reliable, because I’m relying on me remembering to go back weeks later and schedule another block of events one at time --- and the client is annoyed by the process. 

Furthermore, it would be great that in the meeting setup that the “other guest” function could also query people from our contacts list instead of me having to remember each individual email address by heart and typing that out each time for multiple individual meeting scheduling with multiple attendees. 

Proficiency is what I’m looking for and need right now.
