Hi,

24/7 Email support option is available on all plans.

However, I do not see any menu option or anywhere it shown.

Where and I do I g et access to this email option, so that I can send my requests/issues, please?

As an aside, I am new to Calendly, and while there are so many good things to so, it is very challenging on basics such as 24/4 email support option not visible and details on cancellation (not deletion) of account not shown anywhere.   What is the cancellation policy please, if I am on a monthly plan?
