I have a Calendly account, want to offer my Executives time

Hello, how can I offer my executives times with my Calendly account? I have 3 executives calendars I manage and want to be able to share a link for people to pick a time that is available for them. The issue is, the times it offers only comes from my calendar (the executive assistant). Is there a way to choose a different calendar?

Hi Christi00213!You can connect multiple calendars to your Calendly account. There are different plans with different options but to do what you are describing you will need a Teams Plan. I’ll leave a resource below about the different Calendly plans. If you are looking for a one-on-one meeting based on which executive happens to be available that would be a Round Robin event type.
