- I have one connected calendar.
- the only event is at 12-1
- I can only book 10 am, 2pm,
- troubleshooter says buffer at 10:30 but there is no event.
- My buffers are set to zero
Hi
A couple things I’d like to clarify. The settings of an event are saved when its scheduled. So if you had buffers enabled at that time that booking was created, the buffers are saved on that event, they’ll remain there even if you turn the buffers off in the settings. If you’ve turned off the buffers now, go ahead and try rescheduling that event for the same date and time to see if it allows that 1030am slot to be bookable.
For example, if this is a 1 hour event, and you add 1 Hour buffers before and after the event. This would be prevented from scheduling because the 1030 slot runs into the before buffer for that event. Does that make sense?
Let me know if you have any questions on this!
From what I get you’re saying, that event can’t move anymore since it’s set.
i must a crucial point: 6. I am trying to add an event at 10:30 via the calendar. Please let me know
Buffers can be removed from the scheduled event by removing them from the event settings first, then rescheduling the event for the same date and time. This will allow that 1030 slot to be available then.
We have some features coming out soon that will allow you to remove buffers after the event is scheduled, but currently, removing the setting, then rescheduling the meeting is the way it would need to be done now.
But buffers are off in my event settings see pic.
Hi
Were buffers enabled when that booking was made? I had support take a look and it appears that there were buffers applied to that event.
In this case, since you’ve already disabled them, can you try rescheduling that event for the same date and time? Let me know if that works!
Can you reschedule the event when bookings have already been made?
