Hi @John-Paul34035, thanks for reaching out on this!
A couple things I’d like to clarify. The settings of an event are saved when its scheduled. So if you had buffers enabled at that time that booking was created, the buffers are saved on that event, they’ll remain there even if you turn the buffers off in the settings. If you’ve turned off the buffers now, go ahead and try rescheduling that event for the same date and time to see if it allows that 1030am slot to be bookable.
For example, if this is a 1 hour event, and you add 1 Hour buffers before and after the event. This would be prevented from scheduling because the 1030 slot runs into the before buffer for that event. Does that make sense?
Buffers can be removed from the scheduled event by removing them from the event settings first, thenreschedulingthe event for the same date and time. This will allow that 1030 slot to be available then.
We have some features coming out soon that will allow you to remove buffers after the event is scheduled, but currently, removing the setting, then rescheduling the meeting is the way it would need to be done now.
