HI,

I set up last week to be alerted when someone schedules an appointment with me via text.  I am getting multiple alerts of someone scheduling but when checking the calendar, no new appointments.  What do I need to check and fix, please give suggestions!

That does sound confusing. There could be a few things going on here. 

  1. If you use multiple calendars, I would start by checking to make sure your meetings are being scheduled where you expect. You can do this by going into settings and making sure you have the right calendar connected. More on that here
  2. There is a chance your invitee schedules time with you and then cancels. In this scenario you should get a cancellation notice in your email. Either way, you can always check your upcoming meetings in the meetings tab. Here is a helpful doc about getting the most from your homepage.
