I have scheduled a call with a link for one of my clients. Once I did that, I’m positive I used the correct email address because I copied it. 

 

However, I haven’t received any event confirmation or link in my email or calendar. I need someone to check this. 

 

Or perhaps this is a common story? 

Please advise.

Did you schedule an event with another host? In this case, I would recommend reaching out to the host directly, as they will be able to look into what that email is set to, and change the email if needed.

I’d also recommend checking your spam and trash folders to make sure it didn’t get filtered by accident. 🙂
