The system used to allow me to only see upcoming appointments and counted them for me.  Now it makes me select a time period and doesn’t show an upcoming appointment count.  Did this feature get deleted with the update or an I missing something.

Hi @Caleb's04135, you should still be able to see your upcoming meetings in your Meetings tab. Calendly’s default view for this is “all dates.” You can then filter down by a few criteria. On the Meetings page, select the Upcoming tab to see everything that’s scheduled going forward; you can switch to Past or Date range anytime. If you open the Filter panel, you’ll also see a results count for whatever you’re viewing or filtering.

If you’re currently seeing a date picker, it likely means the Date range view is selected. Switch back to Upcoming at the top of the page, or open Filters and click Reset filters to clear any saved filters. I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yeah….there is not an Upcoming tab anywhere…..only today, this week, this month, and this year.

Can you assist with where the Upcoming tab is located? @Sean Marlin

Apologies @Caleb's04135, I misunderstood your question and thought you were still on the old UI. My fault, I was reading too fast. I can confirm that your experience is correct, there is not a ‘upcoming meetings only’ filter available. Because of that there isn’t a simple one-click count of all future meetings. I have elevated this issue internally citing your post.

There is a workaround which you have likely found. Use the filter by date and set the starting date as today. Then set the end date as a far away date beyond your what your event types allow at booking. Most event types, by default, will only allow scheduling as far out as 60 days in advance. You can extend those booking times indefinitely but isn’t considered best practice. You can find those options under availability in your event types. This isn’t an ideal answer I realize, but this will result in a single count of upcoming meetings and should give you an idea of all your future appointments.
