I have set up a calendly for a client. During the automatic tems free trial, I invited client to be a team member. Big mistake - mine.
Now I want to transfer the account to my client. I removed their team membership. On attempting to change my email to theirs, an error message comes up saying they have an account already, so their email can’t be used.
There seems to be no way of contacting support for help with this - the link on the contact page sends me directly to the faq page.
