Could you send me a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? Is this right after you select upgrade on the billing page? Let me know! I can take a look from there.

Can you take a look at your users page here? https://calendly.com/app/admin/users

You might have a pending invite that requires an additional seat, but once you remove the pending invite, you should be able to purchase a subscription!
