Hi there,

It is impossible to reach customer service via the chat option.

It basically says “waiting for an agent” for hours.

All I want to do is download a proper invoice and the one that is listed in my account doesn’t have my name on it but Calendly’s (!!!).

Is there an email address for billing that anyone has?

Firstly - yes. You can reach out to billing@calendly.com about your invoice!

Secondly, for the next time you need support, try the following: 

  • clear cache and cookies (steps below)
  • run any browser updates that are available and restart your browser
  • run any system/software updates available, restart your device
  • try a different browser
  • try an incognito/secret browsing window
