Is there any way to clarify on the calendar the reasons why I am not attending a particular day? For example, would that day appear on the calendar with a particular mark that could guide the user about the reasons why there are no available appointments? Thank you very much.

That isn’t functionality we currently offer, but it’s an interesting idea! I’ll definitely pass along to our Product team.
Thank you! One suggestion I can make, which should not be difficult to implement, is that when a day is cancelled by the user, a small question mark should appear on it, and when the mouse pointer is over it, a notice should appear with the corresponding message (similar to the help symbols in other applications). The notices that appear should contain text that can be optionally edited by the user when that day is cancelled. I hope my contribution is useful. Thank you very much.
