We are using a round robin event for leads, distributed across about 5 team members. We round robin based on available time to give the potential client the most options. We need the ability for team members to limit their availability. Some may want as many meetings as possible, some may want to limit to 2-3 per day or per week. I have seen this requested a few different ways, but am I correct that this functionality is not available presently?

Yes, at this time there is not a way to limit the event for specific team members under the round robin event. The current event limit would apply to the entire event (Only allowing a total of x events per day). But you are correct that it is something thats been requested before, so I’ve sent your feedback off to our product team to review! Hopefully in the future we’ll see this added.
I’ll leave this post open to see if any users have good workarounds for this case!
