When I go to enter an event I am finding the details of the previous event, Name, email and phone# have been retained in those field. This is wrong because when I want to create a new event it is with a new contact every time and never the last contact. I am afraid at some point I will be sending to the wrong people. Can anyone tell me what is causing this. It started a few weeks ago

It sounds like the autofill option is on either in Calendly or in your web browser. You can check to see the option in Calendly by following these steps:
 

To turn it off:

  1. Go to the Scheduling page and locate your event type.
  2. Open the three-dots-icon.pngthree dots menu and select Edit.
  3. Select More options at the bottom.
  4. Expand the Invitee form section.
  5. Un-Check the box for Autofill Invitee Name, Email, and Text Reminder Phone Number (when applicable) from prior bookings.
  6. Select Save changes.
