Ever since Calendly has updated their support chat system with their new Ai Assistant, their quality of support has fallen off a cliff. I’ve currently been waiting for a rep to enter the chat for over 2 hours. 

Did they try to replace all of their support reps with AI? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is this the first time you’re noticing this? Or have you run into this a few times before? 

What browser are you using? I haven’t heard of many users running into this, so I’m trying to gather as much information as possible. Its definitely not our intention to make you wait this long.

We have some steps listed out in this article you can try, but let me know if you notice anything else. I’ll look into this on my end.


Hey ​@David - this has happened to me the last few times I’ve tried to chat into support. The time before this it was almost an hour wait time. I’m using Google Chrome and the issue has only started once the new support chat structure was implemented.
