Integrating Zoom Custom Template

Thanks for reaching out on this! I did some digging on this a bit more to see where this issue might be coming from - According to some of Zoom’s articles, this should be occurring on any meetings you are marked as the ‘Host’, which also includes Calendly meetings that use Zoom as the location. Because Calendly uses your Zoom account to generate these meetings, it will use whatever is set within Zoom itself. I was able to find this article from Zoom which provides some additional context on this: Enabling Meeting Summary with AI Companion

I’d also check with Zoom support as well to see why this may not be applied to every one of your meetings as well.

As an added, Calendly has some meeting summary features of our own coming out very soon, I’d keep an eye on our product updates page for more information soon! 😁👍
