Using Zoom AI Summaries requires several settings in Zoom. One setting is an option called automatically start meeting summary. To use it on all Zoom calls it has to be saved as a  Zoom template. Is it possible to have Calendly use that Zoom template on all videos? Otherwise you have to click every Zoom and configure it in the schedule, yuk.

Thanks for reaching out on this! I did some digging on this a bit more to see where this issue might be coming from - According to some of Zoom’s articles, this should be occurring on any meetings you are marked as the ‘Host’, which also includes Calendly meetings that use Zoom as the location. Because Calendly uses your Zoom account to generate these meetings, it will use whatever is set within Zoom itself. I was able to find this article from Zoom which provides some additional context on this: Enabling Meeting Summary with AI Companion

I’d also check with Zoom support as well to see why this may not be applied to every one of your meetings as well.
