Whilst I’ve linked my Calendly to my Google Calendar, the meetings in Google Calendar aren’t syncing.
It looks like I’ve go no upcoming meetings and am fully available which is inccorrect.
What is missing in the integration?

Just to confirm, your booking pages show no conflicts from meetings in your connected Google Calendar? Usually when this happens, this means your Google events might not be marked as Busy. By default, Calendly will ignore any events marked as Free, but any events marked as busy will create a conflict. You can change the event status in your google calendar like so:
