I can’t seem to figure out how to do the following… 

  1. A single webinar

I would like to invite a group of people to a webinar. 

The webinar is on a specific date and time. The link to join the webinar should be sent to all of my clients, each of whom shall be able to book participation in the webinar. 

  1. A series of webinars.

Pretty much the same scenario as above, except that the invitation is to a series of four webinars on four specific days and time.

  1. For a single webinar, you can create a new Group Event, set the location, and under availability, you’ll want to remove all weekly hours, and set date-specific hours for the day you’d like to host the webinar:


     

  2. For a series of webinars, there is not a way to allow the user to book all four events at one time. However, I’ve seen users either:

    1. Create a group event for each webinar in the series, and allow each user to book for the event

    2. Create one group event, and then direct the customer to book each date manually.
