Have successfully integrated Calendly + Outlook, however when someone books through Calendly there are no invitees / people listed in the Outlook calendar event (not even the person who booked it!!)
The event in Calendly also says “0 non-hosts”
Please help!

Hi @JLPay - Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you’re running into this.
In this case, it sounds like your event is using Email Confirmations instead of Calendar Invitations. With Email Confirmations the invitee receives a ICS file that they can use to add the event to their Calendar, which makes it separate from yours. They will still see all of the information as when the booked the event, but they will not appear on your calendar event.
With Calendar Invitations, an event is added to your calendar then the user is sent an invite from your specific calendar. This makes it so the events are connected to one another. The invitee will appear as a guest, and any details you change or add to the calendar event will reflect for that user.
You can adjust this setting from within your event settings by selecting Notifications and Workflows, Edit next to Email Confirmations, then Switch to Calendar Invitations:
