Is there a way to set it so that when someone books an appointment, it shows up as “Booked” as opposed to just not showing up at all on available time slots? And if so, how?

At this time, there is not a way to change how those appointments are listed. But I think this is a good idea, I’ve passed this over to our product team for them to review.
