Question

Is it possible to make my primary link a single-use link?

Hello! I have a questions and I’m hoping that the Calendly Community may be able to offer some guidance. I have an event set up for interviews, and I use the primary link to send out to candidates so they can book time with me. I would like to have it set up so that, once a candidate uses that link, they can’t use it again. I know that users can generate a single-use link, but I have to do that individually for each candidate, and I’d prefer to keep this process as automated as possible!

Is it possible to set up my event in such a way? I hope this makes sense!

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Hi MonaB75! Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to automate creating single use links. Hosts have to manually generate one for each time they want to share a link with an invitee. My apologies I don’t have a more convenient option for you!

I am adding a link to blog post about single use links incase anyone else has questions → Single-use links: greater control over your availability
