We use Calendly for appointments made by external users and use our Outlook calendar to see events.
It would be helpful to send a list of events including the person’s name and company to our front desk person who greets the visitors when they arrive.
Is there anyway to do this?

Hey there,
There is no direct way in Calendly (using native tools) to do this, no.
However, you might be able to get creative using our integration with Zapier.
Perhaps you could set up a Zap for all newly created events that then goes to a spreadsheet, for example. Print the spreadsheet each day with that day’s bookings and go from there!
