Question

Is there a way to prevent rescheduling/canceling by cllients 24 hours or less before a meeting?

I have a cancelation policy that does not allow clients to reshedule or cancel 24 hours or less before our session.
1. Am I right that there is no way to stop rescheduling/cancelations within Calendly?
2. If so, is there a workaround?

I am in great need of this function these days and despite having been with Calednly for many, many years I will have to move to another platform if this isn’t doable in some shape or form :(

Thanks for your help.

Hey there @RachieRS -- thanks for your post. These are great questions.

  1. You are correct. While there is an ability to determine your own cancellation policy within an event type’s settings, there is currently not a way to have Calendly implement or enforce this cancellation policy.
  2. This is a feature request we are aware of and I will absolutely add your feedback to our monthly report for the product team.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, and do hope the clarification here is at least somewhat helpful.
