Hi @Akma,
At this moment Calendly doesn’t offer an option to simply remove the “Location” snippet of reminder text. You can, however, remove the location variable completely and add custom text instead. So, if a certain meeting always takes place at “Our Office, High Street, Edinburgh,” per your example, then you could just include that text in your reminder emails. I’m leaving some more information about Basic Reminders and Workflows below in case you are looking for other specifics.

How to turn a Reminder Basic Notification into a Workflow Reminder
Hi there
How can we ask for this to be customizable?
What about non fixed meeting information like online meetings through google meet?
It is an online meeting, it doesn’t need to say “Location”
Also, the formatting is odd, you lose track of where the link is located. (see how smaller the font is in comparison to the rest of the text).
People are used to see the link in a raw way or maybe even having its own line in an anchor text, instead of having it in a very small area at the end of a sentence.
The copy makes no sense when sending a reminder: “Join now”? - The meeting might happen a few days from the moment the person receives the message, why would the person join right now?
It would be amazing to have a variable for just the meeting link, so we could have something like:
Copy
- Meeting link -
Copy
Or whatever, but simply allow us to add the link in whichever form we prefer.
Thanks
