When people try to set up an meeting on club Calendly page, it opens into a different url. How do we rectify this?

Hi
I just pulled up your member facing Calendly page and it looks like the URL of the event is different than the URL you’re potentially sending people to. The event that can be booked has the URL ending in /club-tour whereas the screenshot that shows the invalid message is pointing towards /hollandse-club-tour.
You have 2 options for fixing this:
- Change the URL you are providing to the /club-tour
- Update the URL “slug” to reflect the URL you are providing; more on that here
Hope this helps!
Dear Jillian,
- This is the booking URL we are using to direct traffic to: https://calendly.com/membership01/club-tour . It is the same URL we use on our website (https://www.hollandseclub.org.sg/book-a-tour) to link to the Calendly booking page, screenshot below.
- However, when the public clicks on a link to book a club tour, somehow this URL: “/hollandse-club-tour” is loaded. It seems to be rerouted from the ‘correct’ URL https://calendly.com/membership01/club-tour.
- https://calendly.com/membership01/hollandse-club-tour does not exist in our current Calendly offerings.
- Please advise if you are able to disable https://calendly.com/membership01/hollandse-club-tour to prevent this issue from happening. Or would you be able to advise how we can troubleshoot this issue. Thank you.
