We are looking for a solution to create an appointment that would become a job assignment that we could then assign to one or multiple people within our company. Ideally, the job assignment would also have the ability to add tasks or subtasks to the main assignment with each task or subtask having the ability to be marked as complete and then the main assignment marked complete once the whole job is done.

We also would need our customers to have the ability to book appointments that we could then assign to a team member.

While Calendly can handle everything on the scheduling and appointment side, we don’t have any native task assignment features within the product. However, we do have integrations available through Salesforce or Zapier that can allow you to automate this further.

For instance, if you use Zapier, you can use it to connect to another product like Asana that can create tasks whenever an event is scheduled in Calendly. I’ll add some articles below for your review:
