We are looking for a solution to create an appointment that would become a job assignment that we could then assign to one or multiple people within our company. Ideally, the job assignment would also have the ability to add tasks or subtasks to the main assignment with each task or subtask having the ability to be marked as complete and then the main assignment marked complete once the whole job is done.
We also would need our customers to have the ability to book appointments that we could then assign to a team member.
