keep getting reminder for canceled events

Hi, if I cancel an event that has been booked by the customer, I still get the reminder before the meeting. It reminds me of the canceled meeting. Does the customer get the same message then? And how can I stop this. It is very confusing.

Hi @DarjaK!

It sounds a bit like you might be cancelling the meeting outside of Calendly or had put the reminder on your calendar in some other way. Can you elaborate a bit more on your process and we’ll see what’s going on!

Hi Jilian, 

my calendly is connected to my gmail calendar. Any bookings are synchronised with the gmail calendar and the cancellation I did in calendly via the meeting page. then I went into the meeting details and canceled there.
