Hi @John Wachter!
I just got this bug escalated thanks to another post on here and it’s actively being identified and worked. I expect we’ll have a resolution for it soon.
This issue is now resolved. You may need to do a hard refresh in order to get the page to load properly. If you are still seeing issues after doing a hard refresh, please let us know!
Here are directions on how to do a hard refresh:
To perform a hard refresh, use Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac to force the browser to bypass the cache and load the newest version of the page. Alternatively, on Windows, you can hold Ctrl + F5; on Mac, you can hold Shift and click the reload button.
Windows or Linux
- Method 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + R.
- Method 2: Press Ctrl + F5.
- Method 3: Hold Ctrl and click the reload button.
macOS
- Method 1: Press Cmd + Shift + R.
- Method 2: Hold Shift and click the reload button.
- Method 3: Press Cmd + Option + R (in Safari).
What is a hard refresh?
A hard refresh ignores the browser's cache and requests a fresh copy of the page directly from the server. This is useful when a page isn't displaying recent updates correctly.
