I have been trying to get in contact with a live agent through the live chat for over an hour. I see there is no phone number to call, so this is my only optional to talk with a human. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to sit in a live chat for multiple hours waiting for a live agent. Is there another option to speak with a human about my issue?

Hi ​@hmr22 - Sorry to hear that you’re running into this! I’m not seeing any widespread issues on our end, so I left a few things you can try below:

  • Try logging in from a different browser and chatting in
  • Try logging into a browser in incognito mode
  • Alternatively, you can email your issue to support@calendly.com or by posting here!

Are there any errors that appear when attempting to chat in? Or does it sit on a loading screen? Let me know!
