Load Customer Information from invite into my linked calendar

Hello,

I have my outlook calendar linked to my calendly account. However, when the information appears on my calendar it is not showing me any of the customers information and simply says the name of the event and “1 of 2 spots filled”  I need it to show me the customer name and company name that I requested in the invite I sent them. Please advise.

    Hi ​@PRODOH84307 - Thanks for reaching out.

    This sounds like you’re using a Group Event for your meetings, this is the default behavior as it will constantly update as more spots fill up. 

    If you’d like to use a Calendar Invitation instead that will display the name of the event and the customers information, you can use a one-on-one event instead!

    Invitees will also have the option to add guests to the booking as they are adding in their information, so its not limited to meeting with one person. :)

    So, the problem with using one on one is that these are 2 seperate appointments that occur at the same time with 2 separate customers. Does that make sense?

      Hi ​@PRODOH84307, yes that makes sense. In this case you can utilize our Overlapping Events feature and create two seperate One-on-one events that can be booked over one another. This way you’d be able to use the Calendar Invitations and avoid seeing those problems in the future.
