Question

I need help. Every time I schedule a meeting my calendly is using the same location link for every interview or recording i do. I have to ask the interviewee to leave and resend a new link. I get this for every interviewee. the code at the end cannot be the same. I dont know if its a calendly issue or streamyard issue.

Hi @Podcaster70!That’s a great question. I’m not familiar with Streamyard and can’t speak to how it works, but I can share that Calendly has integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, GoTo Meeting, and WebEx. For some of these, the video tool itself generates a different link for each meeting unless told to leverage a ‘personal room’ or stationary link.In your case, I’d go check how your integrating with the tool. Is the location you put in the event a link or an integrated video tool? Are there any settings you’re able to change on the Streamyard end to generate a new link for each meeting?Let us know how it goes. Happy to help further!
