Can the login email be different form the email i would like to use to schedule meetings? And how do i update that?

Hi @Matthew58042 - Thanks for reaching out!

In this case, you can change the scheduling email from the Calendar Settings page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

This will also be where events are added from, and how conflicts are checked. Once this is adjusted all future events will be sent and added to that email.

Let me know if you have any questions!

To add the Outlook email address I would like to use for scheduling, do I need to login into the 365 account?

Yes thats correct, there should be an option to connect it when you select (+ New Calendar Connection) on your Calendar Settings Page:

Thank you! I am trying that now! :)

Logged in and said the calendar is already connected, but the recipient is not receiving any scheduled events??

Hi @Matthew58042 - Just to confirm, does the event show in your Calendar?  I’d also have your recipient check their spam and trash folders to ensure the invite did not end up there by accident.

You can also try changing the notification type to use Email Confirmations and test those instead! You can read more about Scheduling Notifications with Calendly here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/14078580813335-Calendly-scheduling-notifications

Let me know if you have any questions

Is there any way at all to speak to someone on the support staff?

Of course! You can chat in at anytime using the chat bubble in your account:

You can also email them directly at support@calendly.com.

Thank you, but you have been more helpful than the email support or bubble chat. I was just curious if there is any type of phone communication?
