We have a nonprofit where volunteers on our team meet to consult with individuals from the community. There aren’t many team meetings, there are no sales, etc. We just need to individually be able to show availability and have ‘clients’ book times that fit, but from a centrally managed system. Some important items:
- Individual scheduling (volunteer identifies availability; client selects available time)
- Online booking
- Administrator access
- Confidentiality (volunteers can not see other’s calendars)
- Ease of use for volunteers
- Automatic connection to volunteer’s personal calendar (once set up)
- Virtual meeting option (ideal if each volunteer could toggle availability on/off)
Is Calendly a good solution for us?
I’ve poked around a bit, but don’t yet see how one would set up a team to individually manage their own schedules for independent bookings. Suggestions on where to start?
