I’m managing Calendly slots for my colleague, so I create the Calendly schedule that works with her Google Calendar, and then she should be the one on the Zoom call with participants who sign up. 

 

The problem is this means I am the host, and so my colleague (who is not the host) is unable to let anyone into the Zoom call. I have exhausted all forums looking for a solution on how to make HER the host, but cannot find anything. This means that I have to join the meetings every single time just to let participants into the Zoom call and then leave; it’s quite unsustainable. 

 

Can you please advise on how to make someone else the host of a meeting I’ve scheduled on Calendly please? Transferring ownership of the meeting on Google Calendar does not work. Is the only possible solution to get my colleague to create a Calendly herself, meaning I can’t manage her Calendly schedule if I don’t plan on being in the Zoom meetings myself? Please advise!

For this one, you’ll want to head on over to the Zoom settings instead to designate an alternative host. There’s a good Zoom help article on it here.

You could also look into Scheduling Privileges which I think would let you book meetings on your colleague’s behalf, but I’ll admit I’m wildly unfamiliar with this functionality on the Zoom side. More on that here.
