We use Google calendar at work. I have created a Calendly account with my work email, but I have a calendar in Google that is specifically for conference scheduling. How do I make sure that is the calendar that Calendly is pulling from, rather than my own calendar? Calendly is asking for the email address to sync the calendar, but I don’t have an email address for that calendar specifically. Thank you!

Is the conference scheduling calendar one of your sub-calendars in Google Calendar? If so, you can modify which sub-calendars Calendly is checking for conflicts. To do this:

  1. Head on over to https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars.
  2. Down under ‘Check for conflicts’, click ‘Edit’ next to the calendars you have synced. For me, this is my work calendar and my personal calendar.
  3. In the pop up, make sure the conference scheduling calendar is checked and the sub-calendars specific to your own calendars.
